Balance is a health and wellness show that centers around fitness and diet. With workouts, demonstrations from guests, including Cafe Gratitude and the USC Tae Kwon Do team, and exciting games. Balance aims to help you learn more about ways to keep healthy! This season, our theme is on the 7 Dimensions of Wellness for the 20s.
